CONFERENCE REGISTRATION PACKETS

 

All registrations received after 1 Mar 09 will be charged a $25.00 per person late fee.

Meal Packages are not guaranteed for registrations received after 20 Mar 2009!!

 

Full Meal Package - Includes Friday Night Welcome Party, Saturday Lunch (Choice of Lunch with Exhibitors, Spouses Lunch or Retiree Lunch) , 50th Anniversary Dinner Celebration, Business Sessions, Exhibits, Hospitality Rooms $75.00 + $15.00 registration fee = $95.00 + $25.00 late fee = $115.00.

 

Friday Night Meal Package - The Friday night meal portion of the Welcome Party has been cancelled.  We will have a welcome party however the meal portion of the welcome party has been cancelled.  Refunds will be issued with your registration packet.  You must have a badge to attend the welcome party.

 

Saturday Lunch Package Only - Includes Saturday Lunch (Choice of Lunch with Exhibitors, Spouses Lunch or Retiree Lunch), Business Sessions, Exhibits, Hospitality Rooms $25.00 + $15.00 registration fee = $40.00 + $25.00 late fee = $65.00

 

Saturday 50th Anniversary Dinner Only - Includes Dinner meal only No name tag will be issued for this package. $50.00 + 25.00 late fee = $75.00

 

REFUNDS - Contact the NGAT office prior to 16 March 2009 to cancel registration.  Refunds, less a $10 processing fee, will be mailed after the conference.  There will be NO refunds for cancellations after 16 March 2009.

 

AFTER 22 MARCH 2009 ONLY ON SITE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY FAX OR EMAIL AFTER 22 MARCH 2009.  ALL LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL HAVE TO BE COMPLETED ON SITE.

Friday Night "Gold Rush" Welcome Party  - OPEN TO ALL REGISTERED GUESTS

Come help us celebrate our 50th Anniversary at our Friday Night "Gold Rush" Welcome Party. Have some fun with casino games for everyone's.  Each guest attending the welcome party will get a set number of chips to play with.  The more chips you win the better chance you have of winning some great prizes.  At the end of the evening you trade your chips for tickets and place your half of the ticket in the bowl by the item you want to win.  We are going to have some great items so you don't want to miss this.  If casino is not your thing, then bring your dancing shoes to dance to the music of Weldon Henson.  Back by popular demand from our 2008 Welcome Party .   Weldon served in the USAF from 2000-2007 as a Avionics Test Station and Components Journeyman and has a great stage presence that is sure to make you want to hit the dance floor.  He just released his first CD and was a great hit at last year's conference.   So come prepared to visit with friends and network with conference exhibitors.  You must have a badge to enter the welcome party.  Please note the meal portion of the welcome party has been cancelled.  Refunds will be issues with your registration packet.

 

Saturday Lunch Choices

This year you will have three lunch choice

 

     a.  Enjoy a leisure lunch at the Spouses Luncheon.  Registration fee includes lunch, entertainment and prizes. 

          Entertainment will be a Salsa Dancer that you're not going to want to miss.

 

     b.  Come reconnect with old friends at the Retiree Luncheon.

 

     c.  Enjoy Lunch with the Exhibitors in the exhibit hall.

 

 

NGAT 50th Anniversary Dinner Celebration. On Saturday evening, put on your finery and attend the NGAT 50th Anniversary Dinner Celebration.

Dinner presentations include the Minuteman and Scholarship awards.  After dinner, guests will have an opportunity to visit hospitality suites.

 

 

 

           

 

OPTIONAL EVENTS

 

This year we would like to give everyone a reason to come early to our 50th Anniversary NGAT Conference.  On Friday morning we will host a variety of mini-breakout sessions that will be free to registered conference attendees.  Sessions will cover topic such as cake decorating, wine tasting, nutritional ideas, and floral decorating.  Additional breakouts will address veteran's benefits and TRICARE issues.  Additional information will be posted on the web site as sessions are locked in.  So visit our site often.

The NGAT Golf Tournament will be at Star Ranch in Hutto, Texas.  Format will be a shotgun start, Florida scramble with low net/low gross competition.  The golf tournament is open to both registered and non-registered attendees of the conference.  Registration includes green fee, cart, range balls, continental breakfast, lunch, trophies and prizes.  If you have a foursome you would like to play with, please list the names of your team members on your registration form.  0700 Showtime, 0800 Tee Time.

 The Texas Hold'Em Tournament will be Friday morning.  Because we are having a casino night there will be no PM Texas Hold'Em Tournament.  The top 5 players will receive prizes.  Event registration is $30.00 and players will receive $3,000 in gaming money.  Players will be allowed unlimited purchase of additional gaming money for the first (2) hours of play.  There will be no additional purchases allowed at the final championship table.  0900 - 1200 Frio Room - Atrium Level

 

 

Join us for the NGAT Fun Run & Walk.  Registration includes the event, refreshments after the event and a Fun Run T-Shirt.  Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for both male and female. 

 

 

 

Try your luck at the NGAT Bowling Tournament to be held at Highland Lanes.  Awards will be given to the High Game Male, High Game Female and High Series.  Registration for bowling includes shoes/ball rental and lunch at the lanes.  So come show us your curve ball and strike it big at the NGAT Bowling Tournament.  1000-1200.

 

 

This year’s Hospitality Suites will be located at the Hotel.  Units will compete for best themed hospitality suite. Brigades/Wings will decide on the individual theme of the hospitality room.  

                                                                                                             

The NGAT Social Lounge will operate during the same hours as the hospitality suites.  Visit and mingle with friends in a more conversation-friendly environment.

          

 

SILENT AUCTION         

 

This year's 6th Annual Silent Auction already boasts assorted gift baskets, framed art, jewelry, weekend getaway trips, household and outdoor items, tickets to music, sports, and other entertainment venues.  Bring your checkbook and take advantage of the great bargains.  Proceeds from the Auction benefit the National Guard Association of Texas Education Foundation.  Donation are accepted at the NGAT office or contact Theresa Billeck-Zuniga for additional information

We can always use more donation.  Please consider making a donation to the silent auction.
