CONFERENCE REGISTRATION PACKETS
Effective immediately there is a $25.00 late fee per person
for all registration forms submitted.
Meal Packages are not guaranteed for registrations received after 20 Mar 10!!
Everyone attending must pay a registration fee.
Full Meal Package - (Effective2 Mar 2010) Includes Friday Night Welcome Party, Saturday Lunch (Choice of Lunch with Exhibitors, Spouses Lunch or Retiree Lunch) , Saturday Dinner, Business Sessions, Exhibits, Hospitality Rooms $110.00 + $15.00 registration fee + $25.00 late fee = $150.00

REFUNDS - Contact the NGAT office prior to 15 March 10 to cancel registration. Refunds, less a $10 processing fee, will be mailed after the conference. There will be NO refunds for cancellations after 15 March 10.
AFTER 22 MARCH 10 ONLY ON SITE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY FAX OR EMAIL AFTER 22 MARCH 10. ALL LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL HAVE TO BE COMPLETED ON SITE.

Night "NGAT IDOL"
Welcome Party
- The Friday night Welcome Party will be at the Austin Convention Center.
A barbeque buffet meal and refreshments will be served. So come prepare to
visit with friends, and network with conference exhibitors. After you have
had time to mingle with exhibitor and enjoy your barbeque head over to the
Radisson Hotel ballroom and join in the fun at the "NGAT IDOL PARTY". It
is sure to be National Guard entertainment at it's best with a wide variety of
karaoke song to chose from. So get ready to show us what you got.
You could be the next "NGAT IDOL". For those of you who are not
into karaoke there will be music provided by the Army band for your listening pleasure.
Saturday Lunch Choices
This year you will have three lunch choice
a. Enjoy a leisure lunch at the Spouses Luncheon. Registration fee includes lunch, entertainment and prizes.
b. Come reconnect with old friends at the Retiree Luncheon.
c. Enjoy Lunch with the Exhibitors in the exhibit hall.

Dinner
NGAT Dinner Celebration. On Saturday evening, put on your finery and attend the NGAT Dinner Celebration.
Dinner presentations include the Minuteman and Scholarship award presentations. After dinner, guests will have an opportunity to visit hospitality suites.

OPTIONAL EVENTS![]()
The NGAT Golf Tournament will be at Star Ranch in Hutto, Texas. Format will be a shotgun start, Florida scramble with low net/low gross competition. The golf tournament is open to both registered and non-registered attendees of the conference. Registration includes green fee, cart, range balls, continental breakfast, lunch, trophies and prizes. If you have a foursome you would like to play with, please list the names of your team members on your registration form. 0700 Showtime, 0800 Tee Time. Golfers must provide their own transportation to the course.
The Texas Hold'Em Tournament
will be Friday morning. The top 5 players will receive prizes. Event
registration is $30.00 and players will
receive $3,000 in gaming money. Players will be allowed unlimited purchase
of additional gaming money for the first (2) hours of play. There will be
no additional purchases allowed at the final championship table. 0900 -
1200

Back by popular demand is the Wine Tasting.
Learn about and enjoy the taste of Texas wines. Classes are one hour and
will be held at the Radisson Hotel. There is a fee of $10.00 per person,
per class. Times available for wine tasting are 1100-1200, 1230-1330 and
(SOLD OUT) 1400-1500
Join us for the
NGAT Fun Run & Walk on Lady Bird Lake. Registration includes the event, refreshments
after the event and a Fun Run T-Shirt. Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd
and 3rd place for both male and female.

Try your luck at the NGAT Bowling Tournament to be held at Westgate Lanes. Awards will be given to the High Game Male, High Game Female and High Series. Registration for bowling includes shoes/ball rental and lunch at the lanes. So come show us your curve ball and strike it big at the NGAT Bowling Tournament. 1000-1200. Bowlers must provide their own transportation to the bowling alley.
This year’s Hospitality Suites will be located at the Radisson Hotel. Units will compete for best themed hospitality suite. Brigades/Wings will decide on the individual theme of the hospitality room. The NGAT Social Lounge will operate during the same hours as the hospitality suites. Visit and mingle with friends in a more conversation-friendly environment. (ONLY 2 ROOM LEFT)

This year's
7th Annual Silent Auction
already boasts assorted gift baskets, framed art, jewelry, weekend getaway
trips, household and outdoor items, tickets to music, sports, and other
entertainment venues. Bring your checkbook and take advantage of the
great bargains. Proceeds from the Auction benefit the National Guard
Association of Texas Education Foundation. Donation are accepted at the NGAT office or contact
Theresa
Billeck-Zuniga for additional information.
We can always use more donation. Please consider making a donation to the silent auction. On site donations are always gladly accepted.
