What is EANGUS? EANGUS is short for Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States. EANGUS is the largest enlisted reserve component association, and the only association that represents only National Guard enlisted men and women. EANGUS was created in 1970 by a group of senior non-commissioned officers from Mississippi and South Dakota. It was created by enlisted for enlisted to give an enlisted voice on Capitol Hill. Today, EANGUS represents not only its paid membership, but all 414,000+ enlisted men and women of the Army and Air National Guard, their families, and retirees. In order to join EANGUS you must be a member of the state association (NGAT). Annual Membership in NGAT includes Annual Membership in EANGUS.
